FGMC Correspondent Division

The Correspondent Division of First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation® (FGMC), is a sales and trading hybrid platform, focused on providing customers both standard and advanced correspondent mortgage delivery options to accommodate any stage of the mortgage banking life cycle. FGMC is designed to build, develop and nurture long-term correspondent seller relationships. For more than 30 years, this has been the modus operandi which has become second nature to FGMC's existence.

The Correspondent Division is comprised of mortgage banking professionals with various correspondent backgrounds, such as sales, trading, transaction management, reporting, analytics and account management.

FGMC Trade Desk Options:

The FGMC Trade Desk is responsible for all bidding and execution of bulk transactions for the company. To date, FGMC has bid on and been awarded over 8,500 individual trades within various asset classes. This encompasses new origination transactions from Banks, Credit Unions, Mortgage Bankers and Servicers on a nationwide basis.

FGMC is a national approved Single Family Issuer for Ginnie Mae; an approved Fannie Mae MBS Issuer; an approved Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer; approved by HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development); an FHA approved lending institution (Federal Housing Administration); approved for VA (United States Department of Veterans Affairs); and approved by USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).
